1. Delivery

1.1 Your order will be shipped via DHL

1.2 We ship to the following countries: Germany, European Union - worldwide

2. Shipping costs

2.1 The shipping costs within Germany depend on the weight of the goods, which can be found separately in the respective item description.

For parcels in Germany:

Orders from 0 to 10 kg =15,96 Euro / per parcel

Orders from > 10 to 20 kg = 13,90 Euro / per parcel

Orders from > 20 to 30 kg = 16,60 Euro / per parcel

Freight on request at daily updated prices.

For heavy and bulky items, an additional surcharge of 21 EUR per delivery address will be added to the stated shipping costs. This is indicated separately on the respective item page.

2.2. Europe (except Finland and Sweden)

Orders from 0 to 10 kg = 15,96 Euro / per parcel

Orders from > 10 to 20 kg = 29,26 Euro / per parcel

Orders from > 20 to 30 kg = 39,60 Euro / per parcel

Freight on request at daily updated prices.

For heavy and bulky items, an additional surcharge of 21 EUR per delivery address will be added to the stated shipping costs. This is indicated separately on the respective item page.

2.2.a Europe (Finland and Sweden only)

Orders from 0 to 10 kg = 20,26 Euro / per parcel

Orders from > 10 to 20 kg = 33,56 Euro / per parcel

Orders from > 20 to 30 kg = 41,61 Euro / per parcel

Orders from 0 to 10 kg = 23,00 Euro

Transport insurance for shipping via DHL:

up to 2500 € = 7,00 €

up to 25000 € = 20,00 €

2.3 In the case of cross-border deliveries, further taxes (e.g. in the case of an intra-Community purchase) and/or duties, e.g. in the form of customs duties, may be incurred. These are to be borne by you. The creation of an export declaration from > 1000 € to < 6000 € = 50.00 €
